Corporate Contributions, Direct Donations and Grants

Businesses, industries and organizations throughout Wisconsin are encouraged to assist our Wisconsin veterans. Through your generous contributions, matching grants or competetive grants The Wisconsin Veterans Foundation, Inc. can accomplish the goals of reaching many of Wisconsin’s Conflict Era veterans. In addition to meeting individual and immediate needs of veterans, your support will assist The Wisconsin Veterans Foundation, Inc. by providing

  • Continuing education to counselors, medical professionals and first responders regarding critical Conflict Era topics (e.g., Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Traumatic Eye Injury (TEI) others)
  • An additional Veterans Service Officer (VSO) to assist those Wisconsin veterans having difficulty accessing present services as well as those in need, but who are not being served due to underlying issues associated with homelessness, substance abuse and others
  • Aiding veterans in training programs so they can receive employable, competetive wage training; stay in training and still keep their family housed and fed; and prepared for accessing jobs following training
  • Training to business and industry managers in ways to successfully transition Wisconsin Conflict Era veterans from conflict to calm and productivity in the workplace, especially if the Wisconsin veteran has residual medical, emotional and or retraining needs.

For a business, industry or organization in Wisconsin there is no better workforce than Wisconsin’s veterans. What The Wisconsin Veterans Foundation, Inc. has planned is good for Wisconsin’s Conflict Era veterans, good for those that aid Wisconsin veterans still in transition, good for Wisconsin’s employers who are seeking or reintegrating Wisconsin veterans or retraining Wisconsin veterans for more productive positions. The actions are good for Wisconsin and the dignity of those Wisconsin men and women who have answered the call to serve our great country.
